This morning I noticed during a walk in our harbor a boat at the neighbour marina.
Looked familiar but some bit of strange.

... and really, there was a Trojan logo at the side:

Later, I was invited for a drink to another marina:

Then I spy this:

No idea about type and age - but happy to find some others here :D :D

Cool.

Top one looks like an F-28.
Anyone confirm my suspicion?
Larry?

Wow, those docks in the first couple pictures are really narrow ! I'd have trouble carrying my beer to the boat on those docks, never mind getting my fat @#& down that plank.

We built our dock to be 6 feet wide and 64 feet long. It was the biggest thing we could get a permit for in our spot. It definately helps get things on and off, beer, fat asses, or otherwise.

Agree first one is F28.

Re dock width be sure to carry beer to boat before drinking, better to fall in water with the beer if accident happens.

i'm gobsmacked. one never knows where a trojan yacht will show up, even in europe. shows you the scope and breadth of ownership. i have a question about the electrical though. do those boats have to be rewired to european standard 220v 'household' current? how is that even done? certainly the interior sockets will be different.

Our F-32 was delivered with european standard 220v 'household' plugs.
Also that inverter was build for 220v. Included power on-shore cable.

But now it's time to replace that 'old-school' inverter.

The generator was build in later (diesel - not Onan) next candidate to change.

thanks for the response heiner. much appreciated. and thank you for the wishes. i go forward with trepidation yet hopeful to be emerging cancer free in a few weeks. should i ever get enough seniority to fly transatlantic trips, and if we ever layover in BER (is that the new airport city code designator?) , you and should meet in person and hoist a beer ------ to life and to our trojans. that i'd really enjoy.

I think, the new airport will get this 'BBR' code. - Not sure
And if you will come, take that 'Jeff' with you :D

PS: You don't have to 'bold' all of your comments.

i'd love to bring jeff w/ me. as for bold, it's not a shout. shout would be in all CAPS. :) i have an autoimmune disorder that causes my eyesight to weaken sometimes, (just add that to the list of *&^%!! going on w/ me) and typing in bold helps me see better. again, it's not shouting, but, it makes it easier for me to see. no offense intended.
