I'm thinking about purchasing a 1978 Trojan F 32 and was wondering if anyone knows of any major problems I should be aware of. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have had a 1981 F32 for 10 years and think its a great boat. I would check stringers and you did not mention engines that are the boat you are looking at. Also check gas tanks. I have the original tanks and no problems yet. Gd luck

i have a 78 f32
check for soft decks since balsa cored especially around the bow deck area and any through deck penetrations and flybridge deck areas, i have replaced my fuel tanks which was pretty simple on the boat since the cockpit floor lifts out and there they are. easy peasy. good luck with your purchase
also as mentioned the stringers. and for sure a survey,
had my boat 5 years and still love my trojan

I agree with Ross - get a survey, best way to determine the true condition of the boat.
Good luck & welcome aboard.
