What year / model do you have?
First (obvious) thoughts would be battery switches, or breakers on the engines (if you have electronic ignition, there are breaker buttons on the engines that you may need to reset if something draws too much power). If the engine breaker pops, the DC circuits from that side are dead.
I know on the F32 (79 vintage) the starboard engine battery powers blowers, the port handles most of the other systems. Fridge bypasses the batteries and is usually wired into the battery solenoid / cross over / emergency start box. So if you have a similar setup, having the starboard engine running but no blower seems weird.

Had this happen on my old boat once, turned out to be the main ground wire from the engine to the DC ground panel. Rotted off on the engine end. I would be looking for a ground problem.

If your in an F-32, I believe that most if not all of the house power comes from the port engine wiring harness, hence you leaving on a starboard engine and no house power.
Check the power to the port engine starter battery terminal, the 8/10 gauge red+ wire runs to this terminal.
Also check the ground on that side as well, mine is grounded by a 8/10 ga black wire at the bell housing area near the starter.
or... it could be Bushs fault

why no start on the port engine??? No power? or crank and no start? MY trojan gets all house power from starboard. If you have an emerg start button, and you push it you should hear the

solonoid click and then you should have power to the house again, if solonoid does not click use booster cables
