I am replacing the exhaust on my boat and i have come across a part that i cannot find. crusader 454's,exhaust manifold to spacer to riser to elbow -after the elbow, rubber hose connects the left and right side to a 3" cast metal "t" that looks to have a deflector inside to help with water flow. that is the part i need to find. what is it , who makes it , what part number,in all my research i have not come across it. any help will be appreciated.

Try Beacon/Marine Tech.
Have that diverter machined out before installation for better flow.

I replaced one when I first bought my 10 meter. I special ordered it from west marine but that was quite a few years ago. I actually need to get another one because my worker dropped one and cracked it. I was trying to find a fiberglass "Y" instead of the cast but havent had any luck yet. I'll let you know when I find something.

Big D, Your the Man! Thats what I've been looking for. Thanks!
Bigrgh, If I'm at west marine this week I'll see if I can find any info on the cast fitting.

Any marine dealer that carries Centek products should be able to order what you need if they don't have it in stock.

do yourself a favor and switch out the old heavy rust prone cast 'wye" or "Tee" fitting and replace it with a fiberglass wye or tee.
Vernatube or Centek are two of the brands, Beacon may carry them or can get them for you, or google "fiberglass marine exhaust parts" or ask your local chandlery
the fiberglass tubes will not corrode, will handle fairly high heat (equal to or higher than the rubber exhaust hose) and are easy to work with.
good luck!
