Loaded question.

Height to the top of the bridge rail from the waterline is almost 12 feet. More with the masthead light. Less with the bridge removed. (Which is what you will have to do to move it any distance.)

Height to the top of the F/B sole with the bridge removed while on a trailer is the dimension you are looking for. I can tell you its about the same as the height from waterline with the bridge on, but I don't have exact measurements. When we moved ours it only had to go a couple miles, and half of that was through a residential area. We just left the bridge on and raised the secondaries up with a broom when we had to pass under them. That would NOT work in most places.

12'4" sounds about right waterline to masthead light.
13' is the correct beam.
30' is a bit short....
12000 lbs. is a bit light....

Other than those last two things your figures look to be about right. Figure it to weigh closer to 7 or 7 1/2 tons unless you strip everything off it and empty all of the tanks.

12000 lbs is is the correct weight from the factory per Trojan, add for gear and fuel etc.

30' maybe the water line length But the real length it closer to 32' plus pulpit amd platform if you have these .
