New Deck on my slip

My boat neighbor offered to build me a 3' by 16' deck on the end of my slip. The total cost for lumber and screws was $180. The labor cost was dinner for the builder and his wife. My wife and I spent all day last Sunday on the deck due to high water. We cooked ribs on the George Forman and enjoyed a few beers. Anytime I can use the marina it makes the dock fees easier to pay.
