actually it's not a "pump"
It's a solenoid type switch that opens and closes.
The pressure from your pressurized house fresh water system sends the pressure to the nozzles once the valve is opened.
Simple and effective
Just hard to keep them adjusted right.

sorry about the "where"
On my 1983 Express (not mid cabin) it is (as I recall) located to the stbd side top of the electrical junction blocks which are accessible via the removable panel between the mains and the gunnel
(to the stbd side of the helm)
Your electrical panel is accessed from the cabin as I recall.

Wayne,
If you have a 10m mid cabin, the supply hose connection to the washer system is under/behind the galley trash can. The solenoid is behind the factory VHF radio.
Either way, I would strongly recommend installing a shutoff valve on this line. When/if the solenoid fails, there's no way to stop the flow unless you shutoff the fresh water pump. Imagine if this seemingly simple issue happened while you were away. I had that happen to me but was fortunately was in the slip. I took apart the solenoid, cleaned it up the "piston" and it's worked fine for a few years now.

I never used my washers in the 5 yrs i ran my boat. i decided to remove a potential leak from the equation and did away with mine. Im sure on certain occasions it would be nice to have but reducing leaks was more important to me. be sure to inspect/replace the thin clear tubing that runs above the headliner to the spray nozzles. mine wasnt leaking but when removed it was clear how deteriated .

Were they on all Internationals? I'm going to have to look now and see if I have any of these components. How do you activate them and where does the nozzle sit to put water on the window?

On our 11 meter it is under the sink on the wall to the stern. Yours being a newer model It could be in the same area. It is a solenoid. Hope you can find it.

Found solenoid valve located above the electrical panel .I got to it from the closet in the mid cabin. It is in poor location, leaking on top of the panel.During winterization the washers would need to be used to get antifreeze on both sides of valve.Reconnected hose and plan to move it to a better location later. Thanks again for your input.

On the mid cabin, the three nozzles are right near the horn. If you remove the plastic panel in the ceiling, you'll see the bottom of them along with horn wiring. If you have everything and they work, they'll spray water when you push the wiper switch all the way forward and hold it. Go past the normal wiper on position.

Thanks Bob, I must not have that option I don't have any nozzles anywhere topside ,I do have the express model not mid cabin but I'm sure that wouldn't change nozzle placement ,I was thinking maybe the spray came out from the wiper arm or something

I looked on mine, I don't have any nozzles or any piping near the electrical panels in the aft cabin locker. I think they must have added them after 1986

They are on my 1983 model.
At the time they were factory standard equipment, along with the red lights at the electrical panel that came on when the panel doors were opened.
