transducer ??

Installed a in hull transducer by garmin for a 740s--however not getting readings from it--any ideas?

Did you follow installation instructions for adhering it to the hull and the type of product to use? Also, what type of hull is it; cored or solid glass?

will be installing a couple for my hummingbird, the instructions suggest hanging in the water as a trial first.
