Does anyone have wiring diagram for Ray line spot light ? For this type of switch ? light comes on moves up and down but doesn't rotate all the way Thank you in advance

when you say it doesnt rotate all the way. does this mean it is rotating some and wont go back the other way or??? does it not move at all side to side? if someone is at the light can you hear it trying to move(motor noise)?
the wiring is easy enough sorry dont have the color code but you have 2 motors in the light one for up and down and one for side to side 2 wires to each and 3 wires for the lamp (flood and spot filaments and ground) all your switch is doing is changing polarity of the 2 wires on each motor to change the direction of it. the light uses a type of friction discs to move it in whatever direction. i have had to fiddle with this numerous times to get it right. mine would move good sometimes and then stop in whatever direction but then you could sometimes get full movement. not that it cant be the switch but i would guess that the problem is with the slipping of these discs. you could open it up and test it easy enough by observing which wires go where and applying 12v or using a meter and testing voltage while someone operates the switch

Light turns on , goes up and down and to left .. doesn't come back or move to right .. Maybe taking it apart mite be way to go . Thank you for response .
