Still putting together the yard gnome here end of third year and getting closer. I have some pics of things I have no idea what they are, or if they should be updated/replaced/I was looking for a converter on this boat and not sure if it has one ? getting ready to start this area and will be replacing all the 110 wiring/outlets reguardless of current existing wires. thanks for any input

1) blower : needed
2) Pump . posssable manual bilge pump or waste pump out/transfer ? trace the hoses and you may find out what its for .
3) 12 volt switch cuts most of the 12 volt house power : keep it
4) not sure , can you read the label ?
What model trojan do you have ?

hey thanks for the heads up. I'll check the label on the last in the am. lol to dark and spooky out there right now. As for the manual pump. I don't know what it "did" lead to. when I got the boat the entire waste tank ,clean water tank and all plumbing was removed . The boat is a 1979 26ft with flybridge. I will be installing a porta jon and have no plans of attempting a shower in there as wherever we might be spending the night when the boats done will have showers on site. so what if anything should I do , check prior to hooking up a batt ? want to see what lights up and eliminate anything burning up at the same time , will check am and post what ive found.

zoomed in in pic and was able to make out the following
Trojan Yacht Sentry
103 to 126 volt AC 60 CY 3 amp ( could be 30 wire was covering part after no.3)
single phase 3 wire
any ideas?

It was a liltle blurry when I enlarged the photo , But after looking at it again , I can tell its you main breaker panel for your shore power . And it would be 30 amp . A must have if your going to have shore power .

If you going to replace all the 110 volt wiring make sure you use Marine grade wire .Marine grade wire can flex and is tined to avoid corrosion . Home type wiring won't last on a boat and is not safe as it can break . Why are you going to replace all the wiring ?
All the 110 wiring starts at you breaker box ( see the above post ). You have a shore power plug with heavy gage (30 amp) wire going to the box .

Good Morning, Only reason I would replace the wiring is the thought of it being so old . Being 30+ yrs old wasn't sure how to address the wiring system in the boat. Ive already removed a small grocery bag of wiring from the flybridge that the previous owner had installed. He had three ant. and about 30ft of wires for them ziptied under the dash of the flybridge as well as feeds for fishfinder/depthfinder/compass/something I have to clue about but didn't get the components when I purchased the boat , just a lot of wires and brackets and HOLES all over the flybridge dash which have since been filled and sanded flush again .

The pump in the locker is to transfer waste from the head's holding tank to a larger one... which is probably located under the v-birth bunk.

ok well if anyone is in need of that waste pump let me know I wont be reinstalling it . As for anything else I have a lot of external parts from a 440 that was stuffed in there that again I have no use for. thanks for the info
