Has anyone found replacement seal material for around the hatch cover ... or a new hatch that will fit? I think this is a common problem.

Yep. Feel free to contact me about the gaskets...they don't leak.

I would love to get some as well. All three of mine leak a little in a driving rain or a good powerful hose.

I'm a new member of this forum and also a proud new owner of an 84 f-32. I am restoring what I can to certain extent, and would love to find out more about these gaskets or whatever I should use to bring these old hatches back to an acceptable condition. Thank you for any help.

Hoping not to get in too much trouble with BeaconBob, but I have taken a different approach with my hatches. Bob - sorry, but $80/hatch + conversion to $CDN + shipping + duty and customs... absolutely no way I am going to pay $150 per hatch for weatherstripping... It just doesn't make sense. I have bought a few things through you in the past, but pricing for this foam tape (at least for Canadians) is just .... not good. I love you guys and what you are doing, and want to support you, but there are limits.
I use a combination of Tago closed cell foam tape (1" wide x 1/2" thick) and truck cap tape (1.25" wide trimmed to 1" x 3/16" thick) from Home Depot. I find the forward edge and both sides of hatches need the closed cell foam + cap tape, the aft side of the hatches just need the foam tape. Takes a bit more work, but 1/10th of the cost. Did v-berth hatch a few years ago, did dinette and head hatches this spring.

Glad you found a way that works for you. I am sure others will appreciate your information on a work around.
But for those that read the post and want the correct gasket they now know were they can get the Trojan hatch gasket. I know it is expensive and it is expensive for us to buy and and keep it in stock for the Trojan owners who need it.
Fact is we make only around 20% on the gasket take 5% out of that for the credit card fees and we are at 15% profit.
