Vacuflush removal

This has probably been asked before, but how do you remove a Vacuflush bowl from a 10 meter International. I have removed the toilet seat, cut away the caulking and the bowl is free to move. The problem, the flush handle is preventing the removal of the bowl. No matter how I move the bowl around the handle will not come free from the slot it moves in. All the toilet works are enclosed in a fiberglass enclosure with the only access through the trash can hole.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a picture.

Okay, got the toilet out of it's enclosure. Turns out there is an access panel in the bulkhead between the Engine compartment and Head. It's hard to see because the sound proofing is hiding it. Do not know if it is a Factory Access Panel or cut in there from some previous repair. Would be virtually impossible to remove the toilet bowl without the access panel. Also appears to be an access panel from the Engine compartment to the AC evaporator. With the panel off you have easy access to the water supply line, flush valve, vacuum break.
