If its the mid cabin slider from the head to the main salon, it should be easy to make a new one. The door itself Is just plywood. I just put mine back on a few weeks ago. I'll take some pics. Do you still have the tracks mounted to the wall?

imo i think you might be making a mistake to go from digital to manual thermostat. what brand ac are you having issues with? what thermostat? digital control is great set the temp to what you want and be done no fiddling around too hot too cold etc.

also i suggest that you ask only one question in a post because others that dont have any reason to click on a post about a bathroom door will miss the ac question all together since the title of the post is about the door. maybe why no one has answered anything about this yet

wayne , I took all the measurements for you and then misplaced the paper that I wrote them down on! will get them to you soon. I do remember that The door is 5/8 plywood. I believe you can make the brackets out of a piece of flat aluminum stock. the wall track is similar to the picture on the left showing "inside track width" http://www.mcmaster.com/#door-hanging-tracks/=sywmar
but without the "J" return on the inside return. I'll get the measurement for you .

Ok,
stainless Brackets are 1- 1/2 inch wide x 4 inches , the top hole that connects to the plastic slide is 1/2 inch down from the top. the track is 1 inch where it screws to the wall by 1/2 inch wide. the "cut out" where the plastic slide enters is 1/2 inch which leaves 1/4 inch legs on the top and bottom.
