1989 12 meter with 502's currently has 24x25 3 blade props. I am wondering why i can only get 3800 rpms out of the motors. Props were just trued up and im wondering if maybe i should repitch them.
Any thoughts, suggestions, or info?

Assuming bottom and running gear are clean and engines running ok . I would say your over propped .
