autopilot

I have a 1979 f32 with 360s. I was looking at a garmin autopilot. I have a garmin 741xs and want to stick to the garmin brand. what autopilot should I be looking at and how hard are they to install?

I really can't answer your question but I have heard good things about Garmin auto pilots . What type of steering do you have ? that would have a bearing on it . I also have a 741XS great unit .

I was thinking of doing a Raymarine Autopilot on my 1977 F30 Express.
They are rated up to 16,000 lb's and my boat is around 9000 lbs

Anybody out there used the Raymarine EV100 Wheel Pilot
I used one on my sailboat years ago, and it worked great...
you can also get a wireless remote for it.

Speaking of remotes, any thoughts on a remote engine kill switch? (for dual chyslers 318)
