I need to change a broken seacock it is a two bolt flange all of the new ones are three bolt or round. has anyone changed theirs ? If so to which ones and how difficult was it? The handle broke off of mine .Thanks for any input. Tim

Got an old F28 with those old sea cocks with 2 bolts. It is a parts boat going to dump as soon as I finish getting a few parts off of her. They are the two bolt kind.

A note these work better if from time to time you disassemble and lube with silicone. Before turning the wingnut must be loosened or you will have the result you had, crack.

This project is on my to do list.

I replaced most of mine on a 1976 Tri-Fly. the others I removed and blocked off the holes. Not to difficult if you take your time. If you do a search on Seacock Replacement, you will see my thread. Read that and if you have any questions after, I will be happy to help. I decided I will block off an other through hull next spring. It is for a depth sounder that is not needed.
