You should move down where I am, I'm paying 17K less for a covered slip.
Would love to be down that way but have many ties to CB and it's much closer to my home. It's already a 2 hour drive as it is! (every weekend)

dockage
We dock on Lake Erie on Catawba Island and pay 1640 for a drive up 36 ft dock. WE have a 28 Trojan.
I have a 28 ft Trojan docked on Catawba Island in Onio. Would like to hear from other Trojan owners in the area.

ROBERTBROWN3232,
Where are you located on Catawba? I'm at Skyline View. I own my three docks here and annual maint is: $700.00 total for all three but I purchased the docks. Unlimited lift fees are included in the maintenance.

Great to know there's more Trojan skippers in the area! We need to have our own rendevous this summer!

Here on Thunder Bay, Alpena MI a 40' slip for my 36 FB Tri-Cabin you pay $1,992.00 and $1.83 sq ft to have pulled, stored on the hard and launched in the spring. Water, Electric, restrooms are included and the Yacht Club is right across the street from my slip, I could throw a beer can and hit it. Yacht Club Membership is $250 annually, beer is $5.00 for a 64oz pitcher, I am right on the big lake (Huron) and I live five blocks from the Marina. So not too bad I guess
Love my Trojan Boat
