July 4 is anyone else having forum permission problems?

I'm getting php errors replying to several posts on this forum on July 4 around noon EDT. I was able to reply to one thread ('69 25 foot hardtop express rebuild begins...), but when I tried to reply to several others (with a text only reply), I'm getting the following:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wforum/posting.php on this server.

Apache/1.3.41 Ben-SSL/1.60 Server at http://www.trojanboats.net Port 80

It's showing that I'm logged in. I'm using Mozilla/5.0 Firefox browser, and got the same thing from MS Internet Explorer 6.0

I'm able to create a new topic, but can't reply to several existing threads (including several where I previously replied)

This is weird, I can reply to this post, but when I try to reply to:
Newbie Question- Oil Change on F25 318 Chrysler - or some other posts, I still get the error mentioned previously. Anyone else?

I just tried it again from a different computer, I entered a reply on the thread about the oil dipstick pump, first time I hit preview, and got the same error. I hit back on my browser and hit preveiw again, and it displayed, so I hit submit, and it worked. Strange...

I had a similar experance about 2 weeks ago. I was responding to a thread and I got a message that I was not authorized to respond. I was in a hurry so I didn't try to do anything else and just blew it off as some sort of problem with the server.
