Teak steps

I am looking to replace the teak steps on the ladder going to the bridge. I am able to find replacements but they are all predrilled with holes. My steps are screwed down from the bottom side. Does anyone know where you can purchase the steps without the holes already drilled?

That I understand but some time you have to or find someone to make them . Have you checked with beacon ?
