Not sure if I would trust it to reliably get lubrication to the upper cylinders... Hope they have done more internally than just turn a V8 on its end...

I would assume they have a dry sump for the oil with an oil pump and reservoir located some where on the boat pumping the oil to it like they do with high performance and race cars.
