Where to get saddle tanks
Basic maintainance. The oil problem in this country wouldn't be so bad if they would just check the oil once in a while to see if it's low but the oil supply is scattered throughout the country and the dipsticks are in Washington DC....Now back to the fuel tanks. Where should I look to find new tanks if and when I decide to replace my saddle tanks? I can't seem to find any the right size.

I'd say you'd have to have them made
metal ones any way.

I had new aluminum tanks made last spring for my tri-cabin. Each one was 125 gallons and they were made by a very reputable and well known marine fuel tank manufacturer on the east coast. Since they are pressure vessels, they have to be welded by certified welders.
I can find the manufacturer's name if you need it. The paperwork is in the boat and it is 3 hours away, but my mechanic can get to it if needed.

I purchased the tanks from SP Sheet Metal in NJ. I sent them a sketch of my existing tanks and they duplicated my OEM tanks from Trojan and they fit perfectly. They cost about $800 each plus shipping.
The shipping was about $350 and if I had it to do again I would have driven my van to pick them up since that is a lot for shipping. But at the time, I was unable to get free to make the trip.
They took about 7 days to make and ship the tanks after I placed the order and they are very high quality tanks - I am completely satisfied. It also provides great peace of mind knowing that the new tanks are down there.

Saddle Tanks
I used SP for my 4 tanks and they fit perfect. I got the epoxy finish option.

Here I'm again. Regarding those two Aluminum Marine 80 Gallon Tanks which Bob is going to put in the selling section for me (I hope).
They are 18x18x60" made by KAISER, in very good condition.
Perhaps someone on this forum is interested in buying them.
Prospective buyer can p.m me or Bob.
I have some photos but have no idea how to place it here.
