Hey Mates,
I was planning on installing a more efficient heating system for when the water gets too cold for the heat pumps, or for when I suck up some bit of trash in the intakes during the colder months. I was thinking of adding two breakers on the Shore Power 2 line and installing some of these "pick-a-watt" heaters. Then I could just switch off the AC/heatpump and switch on the electric heaters.
Anyone see any issues with my rational? How does one calculate the Amperage required for these? The maximum setting being 1600W/120V as seen in the link below.

Amperage
The amps are calculated by the Wattage divided by the voltage so you end up with 13.3 amps. You need a 15 amp dedicated breaker.
