1989 10 meter dash board wiring

1989 10 meter dash board wiring

Question, on my trojan behind the dash is mounted a plastic board with circuit boards, pot. switches and the like. What the heck is this? I have never had a boat with this set up, have went thru what diagrams I have and it doesn't show much about this. I have been having problems with low voltage to my ignition coil (8.6volt) and don't know if it goes thru this board or if there is a resistor wire in the harness. I do not have a external ballast resistor any where in the engine room. Any ideas?

On my 1983 10 Meter, some of that is the illuminated panels behind the switches and the resistor to lower the voltahe for low level instrument lighting.
