Welcome aboard Dave, This is my first year with a F30 Express cruiser, the twin engines make it so easy to manuver in tight spots and with such a shallow draft stopping at the local beaches is no problem. It is very stable in the rough water, fuel economy is good if your cruising slow, if you rock o...

Thanks for the tip :D Clorox 2 and a scub brush will be on my shopping list. I was looking at 2 part cleaners and restorers, but they want a lot for such small bottles. thanks again.

I was thinking of putting some around the cockpit, cabin already has this in 110V, but was wondering if white light would attract moths and bitey bugs. Maybe a coloured rope wouldn't attract them as much, but I'd prefer white.

Nice job on the woodwork. What product did you use, I have to do that to mine as mine has been neglected a few years and showing signs of age.

Well that is good news, I had visions of having to r&r the interior to fix the hole. Thanks guys, I don't like the green carpet that is in there anyways, I'd like to change to a wood floor in the cabin, this may be the time to do it. What kinda flooring do you all have in your cabin?

Thanks for all the advice guys, I'll have to try your suggestions in the spring when Miss GG wakes from her long winters nap. I never thought of a corroded connection, but it is quite possible as previous owner said he only had her up on plane a couple times and she hasn't seen water in a couple yea...

A couple questions about my newly aquired F30

Any of you fellow F30 owners know if there is a hatch on the cabin floor which would allow me access to the hull, my cabin floor has carpeting. I have to fix a through hull fixture that used to be a depth sensor. Previous owner plugged the hole with a dowel then a thin fiberglass layer, I don't trus...

Tom, Sorry I have no photo of my pump unit and I just spent the morning going through yaghtworld looking for a pic of what I have, but came up empty. My boat is 500 miles away so i will try and describe it to the best of my ability, the housing is all orange including the tank. It looks similar to w...

Todd
My F30 Express has a bung with a wrench end on the inside of the boat and an Allen head on the other end. Must be so it can be removed from either side, but looks like it should be removed inside the boat as the bung is closer to that side of the through hull.. Good luck getting yours out.

Hi Guys, thanks for the welcomes. I checked the Insta Trims web site before posting, the parts pictured on their site is of the new style pump. Mine being a 76 looks a bit different so it must be the old style. I can't find anything about the old style pumps, but I did see they have a universal pump ...
