Yeah the stringer is a big issue for me also. They told me they will repair the stringer. As for the deck moisture the surveyor told me to reseal the deck Hardware and have the delamanated areas fixed.
The price of the boat is @ 29700.00 now.

Ok... We are in the process of negotiating a deal on a 1985 10 Meter. We had a survey done on the boat last week and the surveyor found some issues. I'm looking @ a 1981 10 meter and would like to know if this is a Delta-Conic Hull. The boat has rear dumping exhaust. I have read that the Delta-Conic boats have the mid-ship exhaust in the express models? Any help on this year of a boat would be greatly apperceptive.
