Re: Project "Tri Fly"
Hi Barrie, wow you are really neck deep into that project, very impressive and inspiring. I just purchased a 1976 F36 tri-cabin that needs TLC but i sure hope i dont run into surprises and have to gut down to that level. Im in Ottawa but my boat is at a boatyard up at Portland on the Big Rideau lake...

F36 railing question
Hi folks, my 1976 F36 has rot in the rear and side wooden rub rails. Does anybody have experience with replacing these? It looks like rear rail is made of two pieces glued together in an "L" shape but i have no idea what type of wood it is... teak or something else (mahogony maybe)?? Any h...

Re: larger fridge in f36 tri fly
Thankyou Horhay...that helps.
Based on all the comments i guess i will resort to two small fridges.
And as a sidenote and a subjective observation ... the f36 design SUCKS!!! (for the 76 design the manufacturer really screwed up ).

Re: larger fridge in f36 tri fly
Just got back from the lake and measured windows in my salon , i only have 18.5 inches to get a fridge thru. I see no way to get a new fridge in or even the old fridge out. Has anyone out there had any success getting a new fridge in and if so what fridge and how did you get it in? This 76 tri-level...

Suggestions to tow a PWC?
i Just bought my first cruiser (76 Trojan tri bridge) but i want to bring my PWC on trips as well. Does anybody know a way to do that without having to spend thousands on new hydraulic hardware? I contemplated towing with a rigid arm attached to swim platform but i've read some posts that say its ha...

Re: larger fridge in f36 tri fly
my vessel is a 1976 and not a mid-engine so there is no hatch above the salon. Misty's idea may work if i took off the deck railing i guess, i will have to measure and see.
