while putting on new hull zinc anode I was getting shocked!! putting meter across green bonding wire to stud for hull zinc showed 1.4 volts. anybody find a common problem with f-36 ?

my sliding door to salon does not want to slide, I think it has lost a wheel or it has a flat spot on one....How do you get the door out to check or replace slider wheels? I cant push it up high enough to get it off track and out? anyone had this prob.???
