thx for both measurements. I keep going back and forth on a F32 and F36. Prices are falling to the point that both are comparable.

I intend to live aboard, so space is critical.

yep - that would be the point. In a F32, I can stand to get my britches on. Not sure that's the case in a F36.

thx for the help.

Are you trying to repair the top of the deck or repair underneath the lamination where it attaches to the core?

I had an F32 and like an idiot, I sold it. But I will have another. No other 32 footer offers the storage, headroom, and legroom as an F32. You seem a little new to these boats so let me be clear. Improperly designed or installed generators kill. You can install CO2 detectors, but I would only chanc...

Headroom in a F36 Convertible

Can anyone tell me the headroom at the door of the master berth. The F32 has 6'3" headroom, but has a rise in the deck at that point. The F36 does not have the same rise.

BTW - I am 6'4"

Thanks

One other request for someone with an F36. If you have a tape measure handy, I need the measurements of the berth (is the sleeping length at least 6'3"?). Also, can you fit a standard 3 cushion sofa on the starboard side of the salon (realizing that getting to the helm would be next to impossib...

Tony: Great info. I had not thought of those 2 locations for the washer/dryer. Chalk one up for the F36 (I don't think the F32 has enough room in the same locations) Since this will be a liveaboard, I had also thought about making the settee on the F32 into a bath/shower and converting the existing ...

F32 vs F36 on the Great Loop

After hundreds of hours studying thousands of boats, I have decided to buy either another F32 (had one in the past and loved it) or an F36. Then, in about three years, I plan to do the Great Loop., possibly by myself. It’s time for me to ask the experts about the differences in the F32 and the F36...
