My boat has twin Volvo Inboard/Outboards so no issues getting it on the trailer. The trailer has rollers instead of bunks. It also is not to bad to load on trailer with a buddy helping.
I don't see a lot of others with the twin IO setup.

Re: Trailers for Large Boats
My F26 sits is on a trailer because of the brackish water of the Calabash River. It is a pain to move the boat because of width of the boat. In NC you have to have a wide load permit to move it. My brother found out the hard way. The trailer has 3 axles.

28 Trojan with 200 outboard
While looking at boats on craigslist I came across this boat for for sale. I was thinking I would send him an email to see how the configuration has worked out. http://greensboro.craigslist.org/boa/5050488454.html

Norfolk Va
I am in Norfolk Va this week on business and was wondering if there were any members with a 26 or 32 Trojan in the area. If there were I would be interested in going by the mariner to take a look at from the dock.
Thanks

Re: Weight of 30 Gallon Galvanized Steel Fuel Tank
I removed my two galvaniced tanks a couple of weeks ago but haven't had time to mess with them since. Two or three people can pull them out with no major problem. Here is a link to some pictures. http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu275/detsgtdavis/IMG958644.jpg . What are your dimensions? These are...

Re: How I spent my weekend...
It is nice to have friends who don't mind helping polish. You boat looks nice with that shine. I spent my week-end getting everything lined up to drain the fuel tanks so I can pull them out of the boat.
I would have prefered to have been sitting back on the boat chair enjoying the view.

Re: Clean machine on ebay (va )
I didn't see the part about not showing! Still if I was biding I would still like to stand on the dock to check it out if possible. May not tell me much but it would make me feel better. Now knowing a member on here once owned her then maybe a lot of questions could be answered at least to some degr...

Re: Clean machine on ebay (va )
I would have to make a trip to Va to check it out if I was thinking about biding on it or at least contact someone at the mariner who could provide some information about the boat and the seller. Now if anyone is interested in bidding I would be glad to take a ride up to Va to check it out for them....

Re: 1972 F-36 Window Frame Painting
I painted the window frames on the F26 using Rust-Oleum marine paint. Before I started painting I clean the surface using I think a vingegar/water solution to prep the surface if I remember right. It has been holding up well so far (three years).
