I've searched a bit but can't seem to find much on this, maybe I didn't find the right terms for this vital assembly, so feel free to let me know.
Our 1969 42ft had some leaks and the service guys tightened nuts inside and the carriage bolt heads popped through the fiberglass. Since the boat's been on land for a while, it's all dried out and I'm almost ready to get it in the water.
This repair has been a challenge but I think it will work. Lots more pictures if anyone is having issues

I would be using bronze myself . Is the wood solid ?

The wood is pretty solid down there. Its the upper perimeter of the hull that got soaked.
The stainless parts were available and time is passing ... Do you see any corrosion issues with this? Was told it will be fine.
Thanks.

With stainless, you have to worry about crevice corrosion when no air can get to the metal. Here is a quick article: https://www.passagemaker.com/channels/s ... -corrosion

I have to agree with prowlersfish and would suggest you switch to bronze bolts. The stainless straps on the outside should be fine if they are 316L.
