Moving out to long island NY

I will be moving out to Long Island NY. Looks like Ocenside. Anyone around that area? Going to need to learn all new fishing spots. not too happy about that. Lol

Looked at a house in Seaford today. Waterfront. Was amazing. Putting a bid in tomorrow. The bulkhead doesnt have a floating dock. Can you add cleats directly to the deck and tie off right to the bulkhead? Or do i need to install a small dock. Would love to hear feedback and opinions.

You can but you would need some sort fender system . Is it deep enough ? Is it open or protected water way ? If open wind and waves would be a big issue .

Protected waterway. Definitely deep enough. Another trojan in the canal.
