Picking up a parts boat, anyone need anything?

Post by Mikesboatsupply »

Going to pick up a parts in the next few days. 1969 31' Trojan Sea Raider wood hull. We are planning on using one of the engines in another project but otherwise are for the most part going to gut her out. Anyone needs any parts drop me an email, going to list the bits and pieces on ebay but figured I would offer it up here first. Not looking to make a fortune just recoup some costs, let me know what you need and what its worth to ya and we will see if we have it in decent shape.

Boat has fully canvas that is supposedly in very good shape, and has twin 318's with velvet drives. Will fill in more information on whats what with it when we get back with her and verify the information that we have been given. If you are curious about a component let me know and I will get more info on that as well.

Has it got the brackets for the swim platform in good condition?

Not sure yet what I could give you for them.

May be some other bits I might like to get off you.

If you come across seat brackets of a helm seat. These attach the seat pole to the wall . I need two.

I have a picture to send- I'm not sure how to attach it here.

Sea Raiders were not wood hulls. They were fiberglass hull / wood superstructure. Sea Sprites were all plywood, Sea Skiffs were lapstrake, Sea Voyagers were carvel planked ( smooth plank)
They'll pry a rotten plank from my cold dead fingers before i go "Tupperware". http://www.photobucket.com/restless

parts needed

Post by TADTOOMUCH »

I sent you an e-mail but here is what I am looking for.

I need the chrome hatch lever that locks the hatch down. I only need one. This is not the part that the wheel tightens against. It is the latch that has a pair that you tighten and flip up to secure the hatch when down.
I will be willing to pay up to $20.00 for it.
Boat Name: A TAD TOO MUCH
Model: 1978 F-32 Sedan Cruiser
Engines: Twin Chry 360's 666 hrs original engines
