No water flow to my starboard engine

No water flow to my starboard engine
Hi all I’m not sure if I’m posting this I. The right location, but I’m not getting any water flow to my starboard engine and it’s running super hot. I’m not running it either at the moment

Right location . First make sure thru-hull is open and clear , raw water pump belt is ok . Then check the impeller in the pump . . what boat and engines ?
