picture help

Post by Reely Hall'n »

Hello all, am new to the forum. Purchased a 1977 F30 with twin ford 233hp's and fly bridge. I am learning more and more daily. Love reading all of your questions and coments. Our boat is kept in Kewaunee, WI at Salmon Harbor. Using it for salmon fishing and family fun. Our 6 year old named the boat, "Reely Hall'n" reely for fishing reels and Hall'n for our last name. Had a graphics shop custom make the letters with the eeee's looking like fishing reels. It looks awsome. My question is how do I get a picture of my boat downloaded in the left column like some of you have? Would love any help

Thanks
Don Hall

In order to put a picture with your name you first must join a picture hosting web site. I use photobucket.com. It’s free. Post your picture on their site. If you want to use the picture for your avatar you MUST RESIZE IT. The Avatar can be no larger then 80X80 pix. Once your picture is posted the and resized, copy the DIRECT LINK, come back to this site, click on the profile button on the top of the page. At the bottom of the profile page you find the Avarar. Paste the DIRECT LINK in the link to off-site Avarar, enter the code, & press submit.

If you want to post a picture in a thread, the process is almost the same. While writing the thread , at the top click img. Paste the direct link to your picture, click img, again. {It's best to resize you picture to large, that way it fits better in the thread} Click preview. Your picture should appear
