My lower station starboard throttle is very stiff to move forward and needs a hard push to get it moving??? What replacement has anybody used? Any ideas? Its a double station

I use Teleflex cables. Length varies on what model trojan you have. Beacon stocks most of them.

I replaced my upper helm with Glendinning cables and they worked fine. Since I did not have new Teleflex to compare to, I cannot comment on which is better.
A quick tip for replacing cables: get some couplers to attach the new cables to the old ones to help pull the new cables. The ones I used were https://www.mcmaster.com/90264A430.
