Teak deck replacement

Has anyone here ever done a deck replacement on a 73/74 sea raider?
My decks are getting so thin in places,
That the seamed lines are no longer there for bedding caulk. Deck gives some under weight as well when walking on them.
I would like some input if anyone has done the job. It appears toe rails would need to be removed as well.
