Why not give them a call and locate the nearest dealer, then you can inquire with them..?

Cruisaire is made by Dometric. I could only find on the website SMX controlls but here is their website:

is this the 3 knob rotary control panel for your cruisair that you are talking about? if so you might be interested in this. i posted this awhile back and this is what installed in my f32. the prices are probably different but should be in the same ballpark. i now have digital controls and it really is nice to have the unit keep a constant temp. if you are talking about something else, sorry to waste your time

i replaced my rotary 3 knob contols with this micro air fx-1 retro fit kit
distributor was AER,there are other distributors but i went with these guys. piece of cake to install.
