Removing Rudders

Post by lbswaff »

Hello I have messed with these rudders for hours and hours. I pulled the roll pins out and I cannot get the shaft collar to come off. I have managed to get it to slide down by beating on it but cant get it up. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Try sanding the shaft some above the shaft collar or you can cut the collar. if your replacing the rudder you can cut the shaft ( like I did yesterday . ) why are you replacing the Rudders ?
