It would be nice when people set up their profiles they would put in their hometown or port so we can network a little better. Sometimes we can send someone to the right marina or machine shop or parts guy or whatever. Besides, if we know where each other are we have places to go & new friends to make. In my case, where I keep my boat, we are where old Trojans go to die. (J & S Marine) Jimmy knows more about Trojans than just about anybody. We have 4 woodies & 10 or 12 Glas. Anyway, we are at : Erie Canal, Seneca River section Buoy 287 J&S Marine 3558 Hayes Rd. Baldwinsville, NY 13027 315-622-1095 jsmarinejim.com

I went a little heavy on the info I know but, if your up my way stop in & say hi ! Between the 2 marinas (150 slips) there's always a spot to tie up.
They'll pry a rotten plank from my cold dead fingers before i go "Tupperware". http://www.photobucket.com/restless

Good deal. I also mentioned quite a while ago...to perhaps add your email address in your signature, as some of us do now, to be able to contact if needed.

It's the simple things...

to avoid receiving more email spam, I would advise not putting your email address in your signature. You can put it in your profile. That won't give 100% protection, but is much better than having it on every post you make.

You're right...I've updated my Profile to include location. (Didn't do this immediately in my haste to get my question answered...registered with Trojan Boats in a hurry.)
