Well, the plywood has been bought, and the carnage has begun on the 1969 Trojan rebuild...

We will be rebuilding her as true to her original lines as possible, except she should look more like a mid 70's model when she is done. If anybody has any good pics of the mid 70's models outside and inside, I would appreciate everything I can get.

Mike .... do you have a time-frame that you're looking at for completion? Just curious.

Don't really have a set time frame. We want to do it right and end up with a boat that looks as close to show room as possible for two amateur boat builders/professional carpenters. Luckily here in California weather isn't really much of an issue for us. If we finish in a year and a half I think we'll be happy. If we finish sooner, than great. We originally planned for two years, and it's been sitting in my driveway for about 6 months now.

Here is some inspiration for you. This is a rebuilt F-25 in the water at my yacht club. I'll try to take a few more photos for you over the weekend.

I don't know what year she is. I think this one is an I/O.
The name of this boat is appropriately... Splurge!

Good luck!
