Best way to sell?
I had a life change and had to move from Michigan to Texas. Sadly I cant afford to take my baby with me. I have had her for sale for almost a year on Yacht Trader and had only one offer. Maybe some of you can give me some advice? Shes a 1976 36" Tri Cabin in great shape. 1400ish hours on the engines, new canvas, full electronics, radar, A/C, 3 heaters, generator, central vac, updated fridge. I was asking $22995, but recently cut her to $19995. Am I too high? She had a clean survey from a year ago. I just am so frustrated that I am not even getting lookers. Any advice is welcome, thanks a ton.

For a 76 and quick sale you need to consider low teens.... and then be lucky. Have you seen the number of 36 Tri Cabins for sale on yachttrader?
