how can I winterize my A/C - boat is out of the water....

Disconnect the inlet hose on your water pump on the Air unit. Blow air through the inlet on the pump. When the air passes freely, your done. You can do it by mouth or compressed air.

Most ac pumps are an open pump meaning you can blow air right pass the impeller... and if you can't for some reason, just pop the hoses off at the pump.
You can do it by mouth but a shop vac works well.

Just remember if you're using a shop vac in an engine room, to ventilate well. Wouldn't want an errant spark from the shop vac to hit any fuel vapors, if any, are present.
