taking half a day off tomorrow and stocking up on chef boyardee, cheesepuffs, pepsi, and becks. then out to a cove and will stay anchored there until sunday evening. upper 60s to low 70s here...has been all week. but, again, that's not too unusual for this time of year...HERE. :D

hey...no one said us southern boaters couldn't join in on the torture.

Nice Fish! What did you catch them on? I've had really good luck using the "tube & worm" Here's a link to the article http://www.ctfisherman.com/tubeworm.html

Guess I'll just have to boat vicariously through you guys!! But, I do have a head start on my spring commissioning

Nice fishies. Nice weather. Up here we pull the boats just ahead of ice-fishing season, which in the Adirondacks can be anytime after Thanksgiving if Mother Nature decides. May not be able to cruise out to the best spots but you save a lot of gas walking on water!

Nice fish! We caught several nice (30, 32 & 36") Red Fish last week

Image
Me with the 32"er

We got into a school of small (2-3#) Bluefish Thursday afternoon.

Going inshore tomorrow in the skiff (Trout and Reds) ... then need to hook up the heater in the 26 for a trip over Thanksgiving. Fall fishing is here and strong!
