Prop Strut nut and bolts ft/lbs of torque

Post by pilgrim32 »

Ahoy Gang I just reinstalled the new marine plywood/epoxy coated strut backing block with new hardware yesterday (70 degree weather) 8) I was just wondering about the amount of tightness need on the nuts. Yup tightened everything down fairly snug and was going to take a few turns every other day with a wrench on the nuts as the 5200 sealant cures  any thoughts out there :?: I will post some pics hopefully this afternoon :D Thanks for any responses Brian
