2010 Potomac Round-Up!

Post by Stripermann2 »

Not an official rendezvous but a get-together of sorts. :) 2010 boating season will fast approach.

Looking at early summer at a marina on the Potomac. Only 8-10 miles up from the Chesapeake- so yes, Paul and those above the bay bridge should be able to swing it with no problems.
I know there would be about 10 Trojans or more from my area, Willie Trojan is just around the corner too.

There are many neat marinas to choose from and I'll be looking into it and posting as time goes by. Any interest for those within 4-5 hours cruise to meet up on a Friday - Sunday weekend? Even those above the bay bridge should be able to swing it.

Let me know.

I think we need a Florida rendezvous this year for sure. Somewhere on East Coast. Maybe we could cruise over to the Bahamas since its only 50 miles over to the Bahamas from FT. Lauderdale.

Those of you that have not ever been its very beautiful place. Check out the water there its very beautiful.

No Just thought he is trying to do a mid bay get together so keep this thread on that . If some one wants to do one in FLA . start another thread . Just makes it less confusing. at least to me

It's all good Paul...I can add but I do get confused from time to time...

Actually dependant on when and if there will be a rendezvous in Solomons, we can wait for that meet-up. I would prefer an earlier get-together for a rendezvous as opposed to August. No worries.

Nonetheless, I'll keep this post active throughout the next couple months and see what happens.

Thanks.

If the Florida Trojan`s have one we will have to have it before August cause that is in middle of our Hurricane season. Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov[/b][/u]

I know I'll try to get to the rendezvous this year but this time I'll have to drive. I'm still paying off the fuel bill from last year.
