The pressure sensor is on the end of the white tank... if it is not working you can jumper the two wires together to make it manual (always on, not cycling) and use the power switch to turn on and off for required pressure.
Do you need parts? I have just removed my Mansfield vacu flush complete to replace with a composting toilet to prepare boat for liveaboard next year.

As long as you are offshore pumping into sea is allowed... big ships do it!
Did you find the pressure switch on the end of the white vacuum tank? It is under a white 10 cm round cap held on by two screws... there you should see two wires connected to it... if you jumper those two wires together the pump should work when you switch it on..... note since the switch has been bypassed it will continue to draw vacuum till you switch it off or it implodes

On the 10 Meter International Express Cruiser (NOT MIDCABIN) both the fresh water tank and the waste tank are built into the centerline of the hull.
The freshwater tank is located under the salon floor and forward of the forward bilge pump compartment. It's non removable (as far as I can tell) lid is the bottom of the salon floor locker storage compartment.
The wastewater tank runs from behind the fwd engine room bulkhead to the engine room bilge area. It is bordered on the sides by the inboard stringers.
I did not see a photo of your vacuum tank.
I will post pix of that thank below with the lid removed (we resealed the lid during the refit)
When you replavce those hoses, BE SURE TO PUT AN ANTI-SYPHON LOOP INTO THEM in the best interests of safety. A 1/2 meter of hose will cost pennies.
Here's some pix.
