I see the sketching on the side of the hull. Are you adding more vents?

I sanded gel coat hook and loop random orbital , palm sander for the detial
600-1200 grit depending on the existing condition some spots were real bad like red paint finger prints ,

I did not do the whole hull like that basicly from the stern to mid way between the windows , the two sides of the helm and the flying bridge , compounded the rest with 3m heavy duty then finess 2 finish glaze and this other stuff I bought for 4 dollars at wall mart , it worked better that the 3m but i could not find any more

then carnuba wax one coat I would like to get atleast one more on but I dont know if I have time

overall it looks great but there is a learning curve and I did leave a occasional swirl mark that I could not see because of the sun lite conditions I was working in but I will take care of them along the way
overall I was very happy
