okay what the hotest you could run a 440?

okay what the hotest you could run a 440?

going to test run these motors right now one is running 160 temp like it should the other 180 temp in some places ..going to ck all areas and hoses with heat temp gun ,,while wife drives boat up on plain .at what temp should i shut her down off plain ?
