I'm working on a '79 Trojan 32 Sport fisher with twin Chyrlsler 360s. All gauges have a black face and manufacturer is only marked with the capital letter'D' on the lower face. I need to replace an engine oil pressure gauge. I need info re. original brand of gauge and is there any good cross-overs available? (I've tried a new VDO and it clearly won't work witrhout changing sender which means command bridge guage would need to be changed also)
Help? Thanks. Fred Bailey

Gauge Replacement
Those gauges are made by Datcon probably the same as the Tach. They don't make a similar gauge anymore. The closest I have found it a Chesapeak Stainless Steel model by Faria. You will have to buy a new gauge for the bridge and a new temp sender matched to the gauges but the oil pressure sender should work for a 0-80 psi dual gauge set up

Gauges
I also just purchased new Telleflex Heavy Duty Gauges that look real close to the OEM Gauges.
