I used David Buchanan to survey my F32 10 years ago (it was up on Lake Simcoe at the time). I haven't used him, but know Gil Bibby and while not a member of SAMS he is very knowledgeable and has a good reputation in our area. Don't know how easy it would be to get these guys out to your area (I assume the boat is in TO?). Also here is a list of the SAMS accredited surveyors in Ontario.
